FMN Care App app for iPhone and iPad

Our FMN Care App has been developed to offer the families we support the opportunity to leave both instant feedback on their care as well as pass on their care-related messages and enquiries. This in turn allows us to respond quickly to comments and take note of any issues which may arise.

Features of the app include:

- Relevant and up to date surveys around key care subjects and events
- Ability to directly email our care team with any questions or thoughts
- Option to rate a range of services provided by our charity
- Link through to access further care information hosted on our website
